The PTO is proud to announce the return of its Basket Auction! It’s been about 6 years since we last ran this fun-tastic fundraiser. So mark your calendars to be at the EATS gym on
Saturday, March 24 for this event. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the drawing will begin at 7:00 p.m. The basket auction is for everyone: parents, children, family and friends, and
children of family and friends! We have some great items available this year including passes for Walt Disney World, a helicopter ride, a $500 gift certificate for a local plastic
surgeon, and a Keurig coffee brewer, plus lots, lots more!
For those of you that aren’t familiar with our past basket auctions, here’s the way it works: Sheets of tickets will be
available for sale. You use the tickets you’ve purchased to “bid” on baskets by putting one or more tickets in the tin for the basket you want to win. More information on pricing
and advance ticket sales will be in the March VIP.
The PTO will be producing a brochure that will be distributed to all in attendance. We are offering advertising opportunities
in the brochure, starting as low as $25 for a ¼ page ad. If you are interested in purchasing an ad, please send an email to Eastamwellbasketauction@gmail.com. We are still looking
for donations of baskets and new items that can be included in baskets. If you can help, please contact either of our excellent Basket Auction Co-Chairs,

In an effort to be environmentally conscious and to make less work for our volunteers, we're reducing our paperwork and moving many things on-line. Our membership
registration is now all on-line, and you can now place your Gift Card orders on-line as well. This will save hundreds of dollars a year in printing costs, and reduce
the errors -
plus it's good for the environment.
